At Karma Vitality Studio, Fitness for Women, we offer a wide-range of group fitness classes for women. We are thrilled to provide group exercise classes to women across the Northern Virginia area, no matter the level of experience.

Our women’s group fitness classes are designed for all levels, from beginner to fitness pro, using safe and effective programs, equipment and the expertise of our instructors.

Karma vitality group fitness classes for women in ChantillyIron: Iron is Karma’s signature class! Exercise your body and your mind! This class works to build metabolic lifting muscle tissue and bone density using safe and effective exercises linked together in combinations that challenge both body and brain. Participants determine their individual intensity level by selecting lighter or heavier weights.

Spinning®: Experience the global company that started it all and continues its mission to provide safe, effective, cutting-edge technology to provide an amazing all body workout.
Intermediate fitness level, 45 minutes

Barre: A fusion of ballet, Pilates, strength conditioning, and stretching. The movements are low impact but challenging, and are designed to sculpt your entire body, specifically posture muscles, hips, and core.

Cardio Ball: This workout combines creative cardio combinations and/or agility patterns that focus on cardio endurance and heart rate intervals.

Cardio Circuit: Provides a whole body workout that challenges all fitness levels. The workouts combine strength, cardio, flexibility, core, and creative agility patterns.

Cardio Dance: Join us for this dance-inspired cardio class. Not to worry, no dance experience is required: the class is taught with low and high impact options.

Gentle Fitness: New to exercise?  Working around a physical injury?  Looking for a low-impact all over exercise program? Get a little bit of everything: cardio, strength, balance, and stretching in an entertaining social atmosphere.

Gentle Yoga: This gentle approach to yoga is especially beneficial for those working around physical limitations, recovering from injuries, or looking to slow down. The focus is on flexibility, mobility, and proper breathing.
